Effective: October 24, 2026
These terms explain how you may use AllPicture, including connected photo sources, encrypted storage, AI-assisted organization, sharing, publishing, credits, paid plans, and your right of withdrawal.
1. About AllPicture
AllPicture is provided by AllPicture LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The company address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. AllPicture is a privacy-first photo orchestration service for bringing scattered photo and video libraries into one organized library. The service may include the public website, waitlist, support forms, web app, desktop app, mobile apps, sync agents, cloud functions, local indexing, encrypted storage, AI-assisted cleanup, sharing, Family Hub features, and publishing workflows.
These terms apply when you visit the AllPicture website, join the waitlist, create an account, connect a source, upload or sync media, use AI or cleanup features, create share links, publish through a connected account, or otherwise use AllPicture. If a separate written agreement applies to your account, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
2. Accounts, eligibility, and beta access
You must provide accurate account, waitlist, billing, and support information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including activity by people you invite or devices you authorize.
Some AllPicture features are offered as private beta, preview, staged rollout, or early-access features. Beta features may change, pause, lose data, or be removed while we improve the service. We may limit signups, invites, storage, credits, connected providers, or feature availability by region, platform, plan, or technical readiness.
3. Your content and permissions
Your photos, videos, albums, captions, metadata, edits, and generated library records remain yours. You give AllPicture the limited permission needed to provide and protect the service and the features you choose to use. That permission covers hosting, transmission, encryption, decryption on authorized devices, indexing, thumbnails, previews, deduplication, classification, tagging, transformation, backup, restoration, sharing, and publishing as requested by you.
You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, import, sync, share, or publish content. This includes permission for people depicted in media where required. Do not use AllPicture to process unlawful content, exploitative material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or provider rights. To report suspected illegal content, contact mail@allpicture.ai and include enough information for us to locate and assess it.
4. Connected sources and providers
AllPicture may let you connect phones, WhatsApp media folders, local folders, NAS locations, iCloud Photos, Dropbox, Google Photos, Google Drive, OneDrive, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar sources or publishing destinations. Availability depends on platform approval, provider API limits, your permissions, and the plan or app version you use.
When you connect a third-party provider, you authorize AllPicture to use the access tokens, scopes, account identifiers, cursors, file references, thumbnails, media URLs, and metadata needed to perform the import, sync, preview, publishing, revocation, or account-management workflow you requested. Your use of a provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies, and providers may change or remove API access at any time.
5. Privacy, encryption, and recovery
The Privacy Policy explains what AllPicture collects and how it is used. AllPicture is designed around privacy-first and edge-first processing, but not every path has the same encryption model. Secure Vault uploads and desktop encrypted sync paths use client-side encryption before cloud storage when enabled. Family Route courier flows use sealed packets. Some standard or legacy web upload paths may store media without zero-knowledge encryption unless Secure Vault or another encrypted mode is explicitly active.
You are responsible for preserving recovery keys, device credentials, platform keychain access, and account recovery information. If content is protected by zero-knowledge or client-held keys and those keys are lost, AllPicture may be unable to recover the underlying originals for you.
6. AI, cleanup, search, and automated organization
AllPicture may generate thumbnails, Smart Proxies, embeddings, duplicate clusters, best-version recommendations, tags, face clusters, person labels, clutter filters, location or object suggestions, AI edits, render candidates, Shield Review results, and search indexes. These features are tools to help you organize and review your library. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing important AI or automation results before deleting, hiding, sharing, publishing, relying on, or exporting content. AllPicture may prioritize local AI where possible, and may use cloud processing for selected features, safety checks, rendering, support, or infrastructure when necessary to provide the feature.
7. Sharing, Family Hub, and publishing
If you create share links, route media to family members, approve Family Hub workflows, publish reels, or post through connected accounts, you are choosing to make that content available to recipients or third-party platforms. Check recipients, permissions, privacy settings, captions, account destinations, and generated outputs before sending or publishing.
AllPicture may offer takedown, revoke-link, pause, retry, or audit features, but we cannot guarantee that a recipient or third-party platform will delete copies that were already downloaded, cached, indexed, reposted, or otherwise stored outside AllPicture.
8. Plans, credits, storage, and billing
AllPicture offers the plans listed below. Each plan includes the stated number of credits per month. Credits are consumed for storage, sync, AI analysis, cleanup, rendering, publishing, or other resource-intensive features. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period; purchased top-up credits do not expire.
Current prices, included credits, and feature limits are shown in the app and on the website. The binding price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you complete each purchase and is binding for that purchase.
- Free: no charge, 100 credits per month.
- Starter: 500 credits per month.
- Pro: 2,000 credits per month.
- Max: 4,500 credits per month.
- Ultimate: 12,000 credits per month.
- Business: 25,000 credits per month as a credit pool shared by the team.
8.1 Sales channels and seller
Paid subscriptions are sold through three channels: (a) on the website as a web checkout, processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record; (b) in the mobile apps as an in-app purchase, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play as the respective seller; and (c) for iOS users on the US storefront only, through a Paddle web-checkout link, also processed by Paddle as merchant of record. The applicable seller for each purchase is shown before you complete the order.
8.2 Term and automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions run for one month and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the current period ends. Renewal occurs at the then-current price of the selected plan in the channel where it was purchased.
8.3 Cancelling a subscription
Cancellation is handled in the channel where the subscription was purchased: web subscriptions billed via Paddle are cancelled in the AllPicture account area or through Paddle's customer self-service; iOS subscriptions are cancelled through Apple ID settings (Settings > [Name] > Subscriptions); Android subscriptions are cancelled through the Google Play Store app (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). AllPicture cannot accept or process a cancellation in a channel other than the purchase channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period; access continues for the remaining paid term.
8.4 Price changes
AllPicture may change prices for future billing periods. Price increases for existing subscriptions are announced at least 30 days before the next renewal; if you do not agree to the increase, you may cancel before it takes effect. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to that store's own price-change and consent mechanism.
8.5 One paid subscription per account
An account holds at most one active paid subscription at a time, in exactly one sales channel. Switching channels (for example, from an Apple subscription to a web subscription) takes effect only at the end of the current channel's already-paid period; billing never runs in parallel across two channels.
8.6 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the provider that processed the payment: for web purchases through Paddle, Paddle's refund rules as merchant of record apply; contact Paddle support or mail@allpicture.ai, which will forward the request to Paddle. For App Store purchases, Apple's refund process applies (report a problem / reportaproblem.apple.com). For Google Play purchases, Google's Play Store refund process applies. AllPicture itself does not receive payments and cannot issue a refund directly; mandatory statutory withdrawal and warranty rights are unaffected (see Appendix 1: Withdrawal notice).
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse AllPicture, interfere with the service, attack or probe infrastructure without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the software, abuse provider APIs, exceed rate limits, upload malware, scrape data, impersonate others, process content you are not allowed to process, or use the service to violate law or platform rules.
We may investigate, throttle, suspend, disable, delete, or report activity when needed to protect users, providers, infrastructure, payment integrity, legal compliance, or the security of the service.
10. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, remove, pause, rename, or limit features, providers, platforms, storage locations, AI models, release channels, or technical requirements. We will give reasonable notice where required by law. Changes to prices and to paid subscriptions follow Section 8, and changes preserve mandatory consumer rights.
You should keep independent backups of important originals. AllPicture is not a substitute for your own backup strategy unless a plan or written agreement expressly says so.
11. Termination
You may stop using AllPicture at any time and may request account deletion through the available account or support paths. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, misuse connected providers, or if we must comply with legal, security, or provider requirements.
Account deletion is carried out 30 days after your request; until then, you can cancel the deletion in the Account section of Settings. Deleting your account does not automatically end an active paid subscription in the channel where it was purchased — cancel it separately as described in Section 8.3 to avoid further charges.
After termination, we may retain limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, backups, dispute handling, or enforcement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
AllPicture is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will meet every need, detect every duplicate, preserve every file, identify every person correctly, block every unsafe share, or publish successfully to every third-party platform.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AllPicture and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, provider outages, AI mistakes, or content decisions made by you or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
13. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product, providers, and laws change. We will identify the effective date and provide notice of material changes through a reasonable channel where required. A material change does not take effect against you merely because you continued browsing; where affirmative acceptance is legally required, we will request it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Questions about these terms can be sent to mail@allpicture.ai.
Appendix 1: Withdrawal notice
This notice applies to consumers habitually resident in the European Union who purchase an AllPicture subscription or top-up credits through the web checkout (on the website, or through the Paddle web-checkout link in the iOS app on the US storefront). For web purchases, consumers in the United Kingdom additionally have the right of withdrawal described in the note on Paddle below.
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AllPicture LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, mail@allpicture.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Appendix 2, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal. For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly consented to performance beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. For a service contract, your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. AllPicture obtains this consent and acknowledgement expressly in the order process, before the contract is concluded and before immediate access to the purchased subscription or credits is unlocked.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Note on Paddle. Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for web purchases. Under its own consumer terms, Paddle grants consumers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom a 14-day right of withdrawal for web purchases. Where Paddle's terms are more favourable to you as a consumer, they apply.
Note on app store purchases. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, only Apple's or Google's own withdrawal and refund terms apply; this notice does not apply to those purchases.
